Deploy Fee

To cover the storage costs of Near chain smart contracts and to prevent the proliferation of inscriptions, UniFat has introduced a DeployFee mechanism.

Please note, most of the ProtocolFee collected by UniFat will be used for adding LP to "unifat" inscriptions.
