Yes, Inscription LaunchPad is also an IDO platform.
Project owners can create NRC161 inscriptions on UniFat to guide users to mint for free or for a fee.
Users only need to wrap the minted tokens into NEP141 tokens. Meanwhile, project owners can collect mint fees from users.
